Governance Pillar

The Board is responsible for approving sustainability targets submitted by the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ & CSR) Committee. Operational performance targets on sustainability issues are set by the Executive Committee in conjunction with the Operations Committee and the Nominations, Human Resources and Remuneration Committee. The Company manages sustainability matters through a matrix and balanced scorecard system linked to risk management. All sustainability issues are escalated to the Board through a relevant committee for timely decisions.
